Flyers

These flyers were designed for a local event organizer who focuses on hosting dance events. The goals were to attract college crowds to the bars and inform older regulars about the events at the Elks Lodge.

Branding

I wanted to create a fun, vibrant, and eye-catching brand for Karaage Kitchen, a made-up Japanese restaurant focused on serving cheap fried food to young people. I designed a logo, pattern, color scheme, and made some mockups to see the branding in action. The branding for this fictional restaurant is intended to be fun and eyecatching, with strong fonts and iconography. The coloring is meant to stand out from the usual highly saturated primary colors used by fast food restaurants. Karaage is a type of Japanese fried chicken, and the mountain icon as part of the logo is based off Mount Tsukuba, a dual-peaked mountain at the northern end of Japan.

SB Event Horizon is a Santa Barbara event production and rental company. I am their resident graphic designer, creating bespoke promotional material for the company itself and their clients. I also created their full brand book and website.

Environ Essences is a project I worked on to create branding for an eco-focused self-care and lifestyle brand. I focused on strong typography and iconography to combine the impact of the message with the femininity of the products. The leaf and water drop icon echoes the yin-yang symbol and is meant to communicate the goal of the company to exist in harmony with the environment from which the ingredients are extracted.

Posters

The first two of these posters are fully illustrated, and the Pollinators poster is hand lettered as well. These posters were designed to communicate information in an attractive way.
